On 16th April 2013, a group of lawyers submitted a PIL in the Indian Supreme Court to make watching of porn a non-bailable offence. So basically, they believe that if YOU are found surfing an adult website at home, you should go straight to jail, that too without bail!

The creators of the Savita Bhabhi Movie and Comics have decided its time the supporters of Freedom of Choice had their day in court too, and so will bankroll a PIL in the Supreme Court of India asking that Indian citizens be treated like adults and allowed to make their own choices.
